We do not believe in 'ala-carte pricing' at IDX Northwest -- for one low monthly fee you'll have access the complete IDX Northwest product suite! Our products were designed to be very easy to use by you and your web site visitors and surprisingly simple to integrate into your existing web site with as little as one line of HTML code. We're also sure to test our products in the latest version of every major web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome) to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across platforms. Our database is updated throughout the day and night directly from the NWMLS listing data so your web site will always feature the most current information in every property category.- Our entire suite of products are color coordinated to your existing web site's design and boldly branded with your name and telephone number. Text-based Advanced Search Component
If you want your clients to have the most control and flexibility when they search listings then our text-based component can't be beat. As with our map-based component, our text-based component allows your potential clients to quickly focus on their preferred area (even down to a specific zip code), view scheduled open houses, and adjust their price range and desired amenities to help them quickly find their perfect property. They'll even be able to print their own color flyers with a local map and boldly branded with your contact information so they can preview properties before they call you to write up the paperwork!
With the click of a mouse your visitors can find nearby attractions, view neighborhood demographics and census data, and research the area schools all while remaining on your web site -- the longer visitors remain on your web site the more likely it will be that they'll contact you!
